Alabama High School Basketball - Austin overwhelms Ramsay
November 28, 2023: Decatur, AL 35601 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL) and the visiting Ramsay Rams (Birmingham, AL), saw Austin's basketball squad wallop Ramsay by a tally of 62-37.
With the victory, Austin improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Black Bears travel to Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 30. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Northridge won 47-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Thompson (Alabaster, AL)
Next up, the Rams confront the Hewitt-Trussville Huskies (Trussville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 1. Ramsay will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 59-51 non-league win over Indian Springs (Pelham, AL).
