The Anderson Cubs (Anderson, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Mt. Shasta Bears (Mt. Shasta, CA), 62-53 in Friday's non-league test.

The Cubs (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Durham (Durham, CA). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Durham notched a victory over Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA), 39-37, in a non-league test.

The Bears now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Venture Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, December 15.
