California High School Basketball - University Prep routs Mt. Shasta

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the University Prep Panthers (Redding, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Mt. Shasta Bears (Mt. Shasta, CA), by a count of 80-53.

The Panthers (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against McKinleyville (McKinleyville, CA). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 11-3 record. In their last outing, McKinleyville smashed Fall River (McArthur, CA), 69-57, in a non-league outing.

The Bears now hold a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to Hamilton for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 4. Mt. Shasta will clash with a Braves squad coming off a 48-37 non-league loss to Kelseyville (Kelseyville, CA). The Braves record now stands at 3-8.
