Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC), 57-43 in a league bout.

With the victory, Robinson upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to South Rowan (China Grove, NC) to play the Raiders in a 3A South Piedmont bout on Friday, December 8. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 0-4. South Rowan lost 99-28 in their recent league bout against Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC)

Next up, the Cougars play the Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) in a 3A South Piedmont bout, on Friday, December 8. Carson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Vikings come into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 99-28 league win over South Rowan (China Grove, NC).
