The Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC), 83-36 in Friday's league test.

The Vikings (19-0) will now prepare for their test against Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Trojans go into the 3A South Piedmont test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Northwest Cabarrus walloped Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC), 75-57, in a league contest.
