Washington, DC High School Basketball - Maret crushes Bell
December 6, 2022: Washington, DC 20008 Maret Frogs (Washington, DC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Bell Griffins (Washington, DC), 62-20 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Maret upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Frogs host Saint John Paul the Great Catholic (Dumfries, VA) to clash with the Wolves in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 1-2.
Next up, the Griffins clash with the School Without Walls Penguins (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA A bout, on Monday, December 12. Bell will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Penguins go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 65-52 non-league win over Washington Latin Public Charter School (Washington, DC).
