Texas High School Basketball - Karnes City tops St. Joseph
December 1, 2022: Victoria, TX 77901 Karnes City Badgers (Karnes City, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host St. Joseph Flyers (Victoria, TX), 39-25 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Karnes City upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Badgers travel to Great Hearts Northern Oaks (San Antonio, TX) to play the Griffins in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Griffins come into the bout with a record of 5-2. Great Hearts Northern Oaks won 52-43 in their recent non-league bout against Lee Academy of Science & Engineering (San Antonio, TX)
Next up, the Flyers play the Nixon-Smiley Mustangs (Nixon, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 1. St. Joseph will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 65-49 non-league win over Gonzales (Gonzales, TX).
