Iowa High School Basketball - Waukee crushes Southeast Polk
December 1, 2023: Pleasant Hill, IA 50327 Waukee Warriors (Waukee, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA), 86-63 in a league bout.
With the win, Waukee upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Warriors host Linn-Mar (Marion, IA) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Linn-Mar won 55-51 in their recent non-league bout against Bettendorf (Bettendorf, IA)
Next up, the Rams clash with the Ankeny Hawks (Ankeny, IA) in a Central Iowa Metro - East bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Southeast Polk will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Hawks enter the game with a 2-0 record after their 51-45 non-league win over Johnston (Johnston, IA).
