California High School Basketball - Merced nudges Immanuel

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Merced Bears (Merced, CA) and the host Immanuel Eagles (Reedley, CA), observed Merced's basketball team edge Immanuel by a score of 68-62.

The Bears (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Spanish Fork (Spanish Fork, UT). The Dons come into the non-league challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Spanish Fork was tipped by Desert Hills (St. George, UT), 59-45, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the El Capitan Gauchos (Merced, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Immanuel will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record.
