Ohio High School Basketball - Mathews overwhelms Pymatuning Valley

The Mathews Mustangs basketball team scored 76 points and limited the host Pymatuning Valley Lakers to 52 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Grand Valley for a Northeastern game on Friday, December 13. Mathews will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 95-56 league win over Badger (Kinsman, OH). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Pymatuning Valley falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to Maplewood (Cortland, OH) to confront the Rockets in a Northeastern game on Friday, December 13. The Rockets go into the game with a record of 1-3. Maplewood lost 86-50 in their recent league game against Harding (Fairport Harbor, OH)
