North Carolina High School Basketball - Leadership Academy routs Cornerstone Charter

December 10, 2024: Greensboro, NC 27409

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Leadership Academy Falcons basketball team scored a big 48-26 triumph over the Cornerstone Charter Cardinals.

The Falcons (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC). The Bobcats go into the 1A Northwest Piedmont contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Piedmont Classical was trounced by Bethany Community (Summerfield, NC), 46-41, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Cardinals confront the Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) in a 1A Northwest Piedmont contest, on Friday, December 13. Cornerstone Charter will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Villains go into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 57-48 non-league win over Albemarle (Albemarle, NC).
