The Reed Raiders basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Douglas Tigers to 36 in the Raiders league triumph on Tuesday.

The Raiders now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to McQueen for a 4A Northern game on Thursday, December 19. Reed will play a Lancers team coming off a 48-30 league loss to Carson (Carson City, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Douglas falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to North Valleys (Reno, NV) to play the Panthers in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 4-3. North Valleys won 64-22 in their recent non-league game against North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA)
