The Green Hope Falcons nipped the host Apex Friendship Patriots basketball team by a tally of 53-50 in Wednesday's league game.

The Falcons now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Apex for a Quad City Seven 8A game on Friday, December 12. Green Hope will confront a Cougars team coming off a 50-22 league win over Jordan (Durham, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Apex Friendship moves to 2-5 on the season. The Patriots travel to Jordan (Durham, NC) to clash with the Falcons in a Quad City Seven 8A bout on Thursday, December 11.
