In Wednesday's non-league test, the Benson Bunnies (Omaha, NE) basketball squad trounced the host Columbus Discoverers (Columbus, NE), by a score of 67-32.

Next, the Bunnies encounter the Burke Bulldogs (Omaha, NE) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 13. Benson will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 59-29 non-league loss to Omaha Central (Omaha, NE).

With the loss, Columbus falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Discoverers host Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, December 12.
