Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Prouty Panthers (Spencer, MA) and the visiting Southbridge Pioneers (Southbridge, MA), saw Prouty's basketball squad overcome Southbridge by a tally of 44-35.

With the victory, Prouty improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Leicester (Leicester, MA) to confront the Wolverines in a South Worcester County - B challenge on Wednesday, December 13. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Leicester lost 44-43 in their recent league challenge against Bartlett (Webster, MA)
