In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Highland Hawks basketball team scored a decisive 55-21 triumph over the West Point Dragons.

In their next game, the Hawks meet the Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ) in a 6A Central match, on Thursday, December 14. Highland will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Aztecs enter the match with a 1-6 record after their 87-20 league loss to Desert Vista (Phoenix, AZ).
