The Pleasant Spartans nipped the visiting River Valley Vikings basketball squad by a final score of 51-48 in Thursday's league outing.

Next, the Spartans clash with the Fairbanks Panthers (Milford Center, OH) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, December 14. Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 4-0 record after their 67-41 league win over Southeastern Local (South Charleston, OH).
