The Benson Bobcats (Benson, AZ) basketball were winner over the visiting Valley Union Blue Devils (Elfrida, AZ), 48-33 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Bobcats now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Willcox for a 2A South bout on Tuesday, January 6. Benson will play a Cowboys team coming off a 57-29 non-league win over Valley Union (Elfrida, AZ). The Cowboys record now stands at 6-4.

In their next game, the Blue Devils encounter the Tombstone Yellow Jackets (Tombstone, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 13.
