In Friday's non-league match, the host Citrus Hurricanes basketball squad scored a decisive 69-26 victory over the Lake Weir Hurricanes.

With the victory, Citrus advances its record to 7-3 on the year. The Hurricanes host Dunnellon (Dunnellon, FL) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Monday, December 15. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 5-1. Dunnellon won 62-45 in their recent non-league match against Trenton (Trenton, FL)
