Reed-Custer Comets (Braidwood, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wilmington Wildcats (Wilmington, IL), 75-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Reed-Custer upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Comets travel to Peotone (Peotone, IL) to play the Blue Devils in a Illinois Central 8 bout on Friday, December 16. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Peotone lost 37-29 in their recent league bout against Lisle (Lisle, IL)
