United Lions (Armagh, PA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Northern Cambria Colts (Northern Cambria, PA), 62-41 in a league match.

With the victory, United upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Lions host Marion Center (Marion Center, PA) to face the Stingers in a Heritage match on Monday, December 16. The Stingers enter the match with a record of 1-3. Marion Center won 50-45 in their recent league match against West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA)

The Colts now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cambria Heights for a Heritage match on Monday, December 16. Northern Cambria will face a Highlanders squad coming off a 45-38 league loss to River Valley (Blairsville, PA). The Highlanders record now stands at 0-2.
