December 13, 2024: Downs, IL 61736 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Tri-Valley Vikings basketball team scored a big 73-47 triumph over the Olympia Spartans.
The Vikings (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Eureka (Eureka, IL). The Hornets go into the Heart of Illinois contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Eureka was trounced by Rock Falls (Rock Falls, IL), 60-53, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Spartans confront the Roanoke-Benson Rockets (Roanoke, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Olympia will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Rockets go into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 45-32 league win over Henry-Senachwine (Henry, IL).
