With the victory, Tri-Valley advances its record to 8-1 on the year. The Vikings host Deer Creek-Mackinaw (Mackinaw, IL) to meet the Chiefs in a Heart of Illinois match on Friday, December 20. The Chiefs enter the match with a record of 2-6. Deer Creek-Mackinaw won 44-42 in their recent league match against LeRoy (LeRoy, IL)
The Hornets now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fieldcrest for a Heart of Illinois match on Friday, December 20. Eureka will meet a Knights squad coming off a 40-39 league win over Heyworth (Heyworth, IL). The Knights record now stands at 7-0.
