The Gilbert Tigers basketball squad (Gilbert, AZ), was nudged 45-39 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Hamilton Huskies (Chandler, AZ)

With the victory, Hamilton advances its record to 7-4 on the year. The Huskies travel to Gila Ridge (Yuma, AZ) to meet the Hawks in a non-league battle on Monday, December 16. The Hawks enter the battle with a record of 2-5.

The Tigers now own a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cesar Chavez for a non-league battle on Monday, December 16. Gilbert will meet a Champions squad coming off a 57-42 non-league loss to O'Connor (Phoenix, AZ). The Champions record now stands at 5-1.
