Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Central Cambria succumbs to Westmont Hilltop

December 14, 2024: Johnstown, PA 15905

The Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers defeated the visiting Central Cambria Red Devils basketball squad by a final score of 70-60 in Saturday's league outing.

Next, the Hilltoppers clash with the Somerset Eagles (Somerset, PA) in a Laurel Highlands outing, on Monday, December 16. Westmont Hilltop will attempt to upgrade on its 4-0 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 1-3 record after their 74-55 league loss to Richland (Johnstown, PA).

The Red Devils (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Penn Cambria (Cresson, PA). The Panthers come into the Laurel Highlands outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Penn Cambria overcame Bishop McCort (Johnstown, PA), 60-46, in a league outing.
