The West Wendover Wolverines basketball squad (West Wendover, NV), was outscored 35-25 in Saturday's league battle with the host Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV)

With the victory, Pershing County advances its record to 5-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV) to meet the Bighorns in a 2A Northern battle on Wednesday, December 18. The Bighorns enter the battle with a record of 4-4. Oasis Academy won 28-26 in their recent league battle against Sierra Lutheran (Carson City, NV)

The Wolverines now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Incline for a 2A Northern battle on Friday, December 20.
