Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Andover Central Jaguars (Andover, KS) and the visiting Valley Center Hornets (Valley Center, KS), saw Andover Central's basketball squad wallop Valley Center by a tally of 81-50.

With the victory, Andover Central improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Salina Central (Salina, KS) to play the Mustangs in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail II challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Salina Central won 59-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Arkansas City (Arkansas City, KS)

Next up, the Hornets play the North RedHawks (Wichita, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Valley Center will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The RedHawks come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 68-47 league loss to South (Wichita, KS).
