Kentucky High School Basketball - Henderson County overwhelms Dawson Springs
December 15, 2023: Dawson Springs, KY 42408 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Henderson County Colonels (Henderson, KY) and the host Dawson Springs Panthers (Dawson Springs, KY), saw Henderson County's basketball squad wallop Dawson Springs by a tally of 87-56.
With the victory, Henderson County improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to Pike Central (Petersburg, IN) to confront the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Pike Central won 56-55 in their recent league challenge against Boonville (Boonville, IN)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Livingston Central Cardinals (Smithland, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 20. Dawson Springs will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 92-57 non-league loss to Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY).
