Sandy Valley Cardinals (Magnolia, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ridgewood Generals (West Lafayette, OH), 72-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Sandy Valley upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Hiland (Berlin, OH) to clash with the Hawks in a Inter-Valley bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Hiland won 41-36 in their recent league bout against Garaway (Sugarcreek, OH)
