Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Valley routs Apollo Ridge
December 16, 2022: New Kensington, PA 15068 In Friday's league outing, the Valley Vikings (New Kensington, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Apollo Ridge Vikings (Spring Church, PA), by a margin of 64-38.
The Vikings (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Highlands (Natrona Heights, PA). The Golden Rams go into the non-league outing with a 4-0 record.
The Vikings now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Shady Side Academy for a WPIAL 3A 3 outing on Tuesday, December 20. Apollo Ridge will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 59-50 league win over Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-1.
