North Carolina High School Basketball - South Iredell ripped by Cox Mill
December 16, 2022: Concord, NC 28027 The Cox Mill Chargers basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting South Iredell Vikings to 51 in the Chargers league triumph on Friday.
The Chargers now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mooresville for a 4A Conference 57 contest on Tuesday, December 20. Cox Mill will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 74-36 non-league win over Harding University (Charlotte, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-3.
The Vikings (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Wolverines enter the 4A Conference 57 contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, West Cabarrus triumphed over Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC), 76-65, in a league contest.
