Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC) and the visiting Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC), saw West Cabarrus's basketball squad overcome Cox Mill by a tally of 65-57.

With the victory, West Cabarrus improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC) to confront the Ragin' Bulls in a 4A Conference 57 challenge on Friday, December 16. The Ragin' Bulls come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Hickory Ridge won 94-48 in their recent league challenge against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC)

Next up, the Chargers confront the South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC) in a 4A Conference 57 challenge, on Friday, December 16. Cox Mill will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 83-23 league loss to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC).
