The Mendota Aztecs basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Yosemite Badgers to 28 in the Aztecs non-league victory on Saturday.

The Aztecs now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fowler for a non-league contest on Monday, December 19. Mendota will battle a Redcats team coming off a 57-45 non-league win over Justin Garza (Fresno, CA). The Redcats record now stands at 6-2.

The Badgers (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA). The Longhorns come into the non-league contest with a 8-3 record.
