The Derry Trojans basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Greensburg Salem Golden Lions to 63 in the Trojans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Trojans now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Belle Vernon for a WPIAL 4A 3 game on Friday, December 20. Derry will confront a Leopards team coming off a 79-37 league win over Yough (Herminie, PA). The Leopards record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Greensburg Salem falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Golden lions travel to Southmoreland (Alverton, PA) to confront the Scotties in a non-league game on Saturday, December 21.
