The A.C. Reynolds Rockets basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting North Buncombe Black Hawks to 54 in the Rockets league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rockets now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Morristown-Hamblen East for a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. A.C. Reynolds will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 52-42 league loss to Sevier County (Sevierville, TN). The Hurricanes record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, North Buncombe falls to 5-1 on the campaign. The Black hawks travel to Pisgah (Canton, NC) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Thursday, December 19.
