The The Master's Academy Lions basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Lake Lure Classical Academy Raptors to 3 in the Lions non-league triumph on Monday.

The Lions now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thomas Jefferson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. The Master's Academy will battle a Gryphons team coming off a 67-26 non-league win over Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC). The Gryphons record now stands at 4-2.

The Raptors (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Pinnacle Classical Academy was routed by Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC), 67-26, in a non-league contest.
