Pennsylvania High School Ice Hockey - Plum can't get by Hampton
December 18, 2023: Allison Park, PA 15101 Hampton Talbots (Allison Park, PA) followers left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their ice hockey team nip the visiting Plum Mustangs (Pittsburgh, PA), 4-3 in a league match.
The Talbots (3-9) will now prepare for their match against Avonworth (Pittsburgh, PA). The Antelopes enter the PIHL Class A Blue match with a 10-2 record. In their last match, Avonworth tipped Wheeling Central Catholic (Wheeling, WV), 8-3, in a league match.
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers (Johnstown, PA) in a PIHL Class A Blue match, on Thursday, December 21. Plum will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the match with a 0-12 record after their 5-1 league loss to Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV).
