B-G-M Bears (Brooklyn, IA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Tri-County Trojans (Thornburg, IA), 71-23 in a league bout.

With the victory, B-G-M upgrades its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Danville (Danville, IA) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 7-3. Danville won 54-51 in their recent non-league bout against Louisa-Muscatine (Letts, IA)

Next up, the Trojans play the Montezuma Braves (Montezuma, IA) in a South Iowa Cedar bout, on Thursday, December 21. Tri-County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Braves come into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 55-51 league loss to Keota (Keota, IA).
