December 19, 2023: Elmwood, IL 61529 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Elmwood Trojans (Elmwood, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Stark County Rebels (Toulon, IL), by a count of 61-37.
The Trojans (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against ROWVA/Williamsfield (Oneida, IL). The Cougars go into the Lincoln Trail outing with a 8-6 record.
The Rebels now hold a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Kewanee for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 27. Stark County will clash with a Boilermakers squad coming off a 49-48 non-league win over Riverdale (Port Byron, IL). The Boilermakers record now stands at 6-4.
