Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lincoln Cougars (Shinnston, WV) and the visiting Liberty Mountaineers (Clarksburg, WV), saw Lincoln's basketball squad wallop Liberty by a tally of 79-38.

With the victory, Lincoln improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Tucker County (Hambleton, WV) to confront the Mountain Lions in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Mountain Lions come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Tucker County won 78-32 in their recent league challenge against Union (Mount Storm, WV)

Next up, the Mountaineers confront the Jefferson Cougars (Shenandoah Junction, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 29. Liberty will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
