North Carolina High School Basketball - Mountain Heritage overwhelms Rosman
December 19, 2023: Burnsville, NC 28714 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Mountain Heritage Cougars (Burnsville, NC) and the visiting Rosman Tigers (Rosman, NC), saw Mountain Heritage's basketball squad wallop Rosman by a count of 64-27.
With the victory, Mountain Heritage upgrades its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Cougars host West Henderson (Hendersonville, NC) to play the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. West Henderson lost 44-41 in their recent non-league challenge against East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC)
Next up, the Tigers play the Avery County Vikings (Newland, NC) in a challenge, on Thursday, December 21. Rosman will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 55-36 league win over Draughn (Valdese, NC).
