Arkansas High School Basketball - Westside nips Magazine
December 2, 2023: Magazine, AR 72943 Westside Rebels (Coal Hill, AR) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Magazine Rattlers (Magazine, AR), 44-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Westside upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Rebels travel to St. Paul (St. Paul, AR) to play the Saints in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 6-4. St. Paul lost 66-34 in their recent league bout against Ozark Catholic Academy (Springdale, AR)
Next up, the Rattlers play the Two Rivers Gators (Ola, AR) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Magazine will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Gators go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 51-40 non-league loss to Westside (Coal Hill, AR).
