The Orono Spartans basketball team scored 102 points and held the visiting Delano Tigers to 75 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jefferson for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Orono will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 71-57 league win over Lincoln (Sioux Falls, SD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-0.
