The Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) basketball knocked off the host Northwestern Trojans (Rock Hill, SC), 42-29 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Blue Eagles (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Greenville Hurricanes (Greenville, SC). The Hurricanes go into the non-league test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Greenville Hurricanes notched a victory over Asheville Trailblazers (Asheville, NC), 43-26, in a league test.

The Trojans now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Nation Ford for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 3. Northwestern will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 46-35 non-league loss to Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 4-6.
