December 20, 2023: Morristown, NJ 07960 The Dover Tigers basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Morristown-Beard Crimson to 46 in the Tigers league victory on Wednesday.
The Tigers now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mountain Lakes for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22. Dover will battle a Lakers team coming off a 65-53 non-league loss to Boonton (Boonton, NJ). The Lakers record now stands at 0-3.
The Crimson (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hillsborough (Hillsborough, NJ). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Hillsborough edged Franklin (Somerset, NJ), 51-44, in a league contest.
