December 21, 2022: Albuquerque, NM 87121 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM), saw West Mesa's basketball squad overcome Manzano by a tally of 63-46.
With the victory, West Mesa improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Cibola (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 29. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 2-8. Cibola won 63-57 in their recent non-league challenge against Valley (Albuquerque, NM)
Next up, the Monarchs play the Highland Hornets (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Manzano will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record.
