Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD) and the host South Hagerstown Rebels (Hagerstown, MD), saw Linganore's basketball squad wallop South Hagerstown by a count of 61-15.

With the victory, Linganore upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to St. Charles (Waldorf, MD) to play the in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 27. The come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. St. Charles won 63-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Laurel (Laurel, MD)

Next up, the Rebels play the Urbana Hawks (Ijamsville, MD) in a Central Maryland challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. South Hagerstown will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 57-27 league win over Governor Thomas Johnson (Frederick, MD).
