Minnesota High School Basketball - Mankato West knocked off by Winona
December 22, 2023: Winona, MN 55987 The Winona Winhawks basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Mankato West Scarlets to 46 in the Winhawks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Winhawks now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dover-Eyota for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Winona will meet a Eagles team coming off a 60-58 non-league win over Cotter (Winona, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 12-0.
The Scarlets (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Austin (Austin, MN). The Packers enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record.
