The Hobart Brickies basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting River Forest Ingots to 42 in the Brickies non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Brickies now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wheeler for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Hobart will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 55-50 non-league loss to Oregon-Davis (Hamlet, IN). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-5.

The Ingots (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Station Edison (Lake Station, IN). The Fighting Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Lake Station Edison was nudged by Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN), 83-45, in a league contest.
