The Marvin Ridge Mavericks bounced the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings basketball squad by a final score of 69-48 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Mavericks clash with the East Mecklenburg Eagles (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, December 30. Marvin Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 7-3 record after their 77-54 non-league win over Carolina International (Concord, NC).
